I have been in the RV business since 1989. With my father starting his 2nd RV business, I worked my summers as a kid in high school as a lot Tech and Service Tech. After returning from the military, I resumed work at Lee's becoming a Certified and Master Certified Technician. After that, I moved on to Sales for a few years learning a new aspect of the business. As people came and went, I moved on to become the Parts Manager, then the Service Manager where I stayed for some time. As my father started to back up from the business, I took over as the General Manager in 2013. I remained in this position until the summer of 2015, when I left Lee's for personal reasons. Fast forward to May of 2019, I returned to Lee's to help out the new owner, Tom Muto, "For a few months!" Well, in those "few months" something Horrible Happened! I remembered how much I LOVE this business and the people we do business with. So here I am, back to where I spent so many years, with no plans of going anywhere anytime soon.
Being a member of the Lee's Country RV team for almost 5 years has been a rewarding experience of growing personally and professionally. We are a group that strives as one to achieve company goals, but more importantly, to achieve our number one goal: customer satisfaction. Creating an atmosphere where our customers feel like a part of our family is our top priority.
I enjoy being a part of a customer focused organization. At Lee's we strive to provide top notch customer service, which at times seems to be a lost art today. We want every customer to leave with a smile and know they had an honest, professional, and "Done Right" experience with us.
I have been in and out of the RV business since 1993. I started at Tom Rapers in the parts department. I then transferred to the service department. I have been a service technician, shop foreman, service advisor and operations manager throughout the years. I left a larger company to come here and work because of Tom's approach and his beliefs in customer service. I have been here going on two years and have no plans of leaving. We may not be the biggest, but we are working to be the best at what we do.
With over 4 years in the RV industry, I strive to be the best at service. Lee’s being a small company that treats you like family along with the constant change is what keeps me absorbed.

I started in the RV Industry at Tom Raper in 2010 in their parts department. I have continued working in parts since then and my main goal is to provide friendly, helpful service. I may not always be able to get you the part that you need, but I will do everything I can to help point you in the right direction.
